  • You must first completely dry the chicken in order to achieve really crispy skin. To achieve that ideal crispy skin, pat them dry with paper towels to remove any remaining moisture from the skin.
  • Then, simply place the drumsticks and the olive oil in a sizable resealable bag. Toss to coat the chicken with oil after sealing the bag. To equally coat the legs with spices, add all of the seasoning, reseal the bag, and toss one more.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 8 chicken drumsticks, approximately 2 pounds;
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil Seasonings:
  3. ½ teaspoon sea salt,
  4. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper,
  5. ½ teaspoon garlic powder,
  6. ½ teaspoon smoked paprika,
  7. ¼ teaspoon chili powder,
  8. and ½ teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F.
  • Spread a thin layer of non-stick frying oil on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Put aside.
  • Take the drumsticks out of the packing. Using paper towels, pat dry the areas. Put into a plastic bag that can be sealed or a bowl. To coat, add oil and toss.
  • Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Add to dish or bag, tossing to coat chicken.
  • Drumsticks should be put on the baking pan. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, in an oven that has been warmed.

What is the shelf life of baked chicken?

  • Refrigerated cooked chicken can be stored for up to four days. Though the skin won’t be as crispy, you can still enjoy it warmed
  • At times, simply remove the meat from the bone and keep it for quick lunchtime salads and sandwiches.
  • It tastes great whether heated or cold!
