Cream cheese pie

You are going to adore this Cream Cheese Pie if, like me, you have always loved Marie Callender’s Cream Cheese Pie. It’s really easy to make and tastes amazing!

Ingredients

GRACKER CRUST:

  1. 1 GRAHAM Granola cracker crumbs, half a cup
  2. Six teaspoons of melted unsalted butter
  3. one-fourth cup sugar
  4. Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon—optional but delicious!

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

  1. 12 ounces of room temperature cream cheese
  2. 3/4 cup of sugar, granulated
  3. two tsp of essence from vanilla
  4. Two big, room-temperature eggs

TOPPING WITH SOUR CREAM:

  1. One cup of sour cream
  2. 3 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, granulated
  3. One tsp vanilla essence

Procedure

  • Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs. Press into a 9-inch pie pan that has been lightly greased. Bake for 7 minutes. Give it a good 15 minutes to cool.
  • As the crust cools, prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese, vanilla, and granulated sugar together and mixing on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth. Stir in eggs just until combined.
  • After cooling the crust, pour the filling within and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is almost set but still slightly wobbles.
  • After 5 minutes of cooling, top; keep the oven on.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, vanilla, and granulated sugar; stir until smooth.
  • Apply to the pie and cook for 10 minutes
  • After allowing it to come to room temperature, chill it for at least four hours.
  • Cut into pieces and serve
